Steven Pesavento

President, Founder of VonFinch Capital

Steven Pesavento is a real estate entrepreneur and Managing Partner of VonFinch Capital. Investing full-time since 2016, he’s completed over 200 transactions, renovated nearly 100 houses, and transacted over $180,000,000 in investment real estate. Steven’s investors have entrusted him with over $40 million of investor capital, delivering solid consistent returns. 

Steven knows what it takes to thrive in this business. He is equally humble to ensure that his strengths are paired with his team who have a track record of longtime success in this business.

Steven is also the host of the Investor Mindset Podcast and also provides High Performance Coaching for Business Owners & Investors.

David Laferriere

Director Of Operations

David is an experienced financial leader serving the team as the Director of Operations for VonFinch Capital. With a Certified Internal Auditor certification and a decade of experience in renowned financial institutions, he ensures the smooth functioning and financial integrity of the organization. 

As a former Chief Financial Officer, David adeptly handled the challenges of rapid growth and resource allocation at a boutique firm. He has also founded his own companies, leveraging his understanding of business dynamics and financial strategy. David's core focus is on safeguarding assets while promoting business growth.

He is driven by a passion for operational excellence and strategic financial management, continuously striving to enhance operational efficiency. With unwavering dedication to professional development and business growth, David eagerly contributes his expertise to the dynamic field of financial management.

Jed Cooper

Investor Relations

Jed Cooper is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with 17 years of experience working with high net worth individuals and families. He has prepared comprehensive financial plans based on goals and suitability then helped implement those plans. Whether looking for asset growth or preservation of wealth, Jed has been a valued resource to his clients through continued monitoring and frequent communication. He has both worked on traditional asset classes and alternative asset classes like real estate.

Jed brings a balance of other skills and traits to the table to further help his clients. He has worked in risk management, business consulting, leadership, and real estate investing. This diverse background allows Jed to bring a high level of understanding client goals and turning that into a fitting plan of approach to achieve their desired results.

Jed is married to his better half, Gina, and lives with their 6 amazing children. They enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, playing games together, sports, and finding the best sushi joints in town. 

Nadina F.

Executive Assistant

Nadina is a highly skilled professional with 20 years of experience in customer service and the travel industry. Starting as a travel specialist, she has progressed to coaching and supervising a large team of travel specialists and becoming a training specialist.

Her expertise in customer service led her to her current role as an executive assistant, where she handles high-level support tasks for senior executives. Nadina’s multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills make her an essential asset to any team.

Nadina is an addition to the success formula for getting things done. There are a lot of work that can be accomplished by getting rid of time-wasting tasks and ALL the Things You Don’t Have Time For and she helps to free up your time so you can focus on your business and focus on what you do best.
